COST ANALYSIS
Upon completion of each phase of design services, a comprehensive cost analysis is initiated as needed depending on the whether or not the Builder is already providing this service. The cost analysis is intended to provide the client with up-to-date estimates of each phase of construction, from dig out to completion. The accuracy of the cost analysis increases with each phase of the design process. At the conclusion of the construction document phase, a final cost analysis is prepared to ensure that the project has remained loyal to the original budget.
A project manual accompanies the documents and outlines in detail the performance requirements of the project. Rounding out the project manual are door, window, room finish, appliance, plumbing and electrical fixture schedules.
